All Woden orders are shipped nationwide across South Africa, with delivery typically taking 24–72 hours depending on your location. We ensure your electrical side steps reach you quickly and safely, no matter where you are. Orders are processed promptly after confirmation, and you will receive dispatch details once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Woden products. If your electrical side steps do not fit or arrive damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting orders@goautomotive.co.za. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange or refund.

 

Additionally, every Woden product comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty gives you peace of mind that your electrical side steps are built to last and will perform under tough conditions.
